Lookback on Georgian Spy Scandal, Media Coverage

Not a Russian but a Georgian Game?

What is actually being hearing about the Georgian-Armenians and other spooks being arrested, and were they are were they not spies – how this is being reported in the West?

Regardless of the media, when all is said and done, all the fanfare  might just have been part of another bigger game drawing attention on Georgia, its leadership in crisis, and throwing a bit of mud in the face of the Russians before the Russian-NATO summit.

The Georgian spy scandal may be just a few pages ripped out of the “breaking news” as reported on a Washington Pundits Blog early in the year – “Spies Among Us”, and Georgia is but mimicking the so-called experts in Spy Craft with such games. As the Washington Post today reported  breaking news that the FBI has broken up a Russian spy ring in the U.S,

Georgian does the same with utmost media co-ordination, and this is not the first time something like this has occurred.

The only drawback is there was no Anna Chapman, the knockout Russian agent 99, among the agents of the evil empire in this latest roundup.  Too bad that the educational and social networks amongst of the 13 Russian spies caught in Georgia did not measure up to the spies caught in the US.

History will tell, and here is the one drum coverage of the Georgian spy scandal – you can be Max Smart.
